The DX-pedition is now over and we went QRT at 22:20 UTC on 27th February with 16,160 CW QSOs in the log. The Solomon Islands are located in CQ zone 28, ITU zone 51. Guadalcanal counts as OC-047 for IOTA purposes. The "most wanted" data provided by Clublog shows the Solomon Islands at #81 in Europe and #77 in North America. We are happy to meet all the costs of the DX-pedition, but are seeking sponsorship and donations from individuals, DX clubs and organisations towards any excess baggage charges, printing QSLs and the like. |
